This study investigates the tolerance of the brachial plexus to hypofractionated stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) by analyzing data from two institutions. A dose-response model was created using data from 89 patients, revealing a 10% risk of brachial plexopathy at a maximum dose of 26 Gy and a 50% risk at 70 Gy in 3-4 fractions. The findings highlight the need for more comprehensive datasets to better understand dose tolerance and minimize complications from SBRT.
